Your data stays on your server. Octopux.io never has access to your exchange API keys, wallet addresses, or portfolio information.
Octopux.io is a tool for portfolio tracking and information purposes only. Nothing in the Software constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All trading decisions are made solely by you.
As the operator of your own Octopux.io instance, you are responsible for:
Octopux.io connects to third-party services (exchanges, data providers) using credentials you provide. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of those third-party platforms. We are not affiliated with nor responsible for any third-party service.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Octopux.io and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits arising from your use of the Software.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
